Description
The US Air Force is seeking a sole source contract for the manufacture of a C-5 Direct Linear Valve, NSN 4810001164496UC, PN 36190-1. The valve is a hydraulic directional control valve assembly that is three-way, two position, and has a 3000 PSIG operating pressure. The original equipment manufacturer is Eaton Aerospace LLC, and the Government does not own any data, drawings, schematics, or other releasable technical data in support of this requirement. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 10 July 2026.
• The valve is 6.88 inches in length, 3.18 inches in width, 4.18 inches in height, and weighs 0.79 pounds.
• The valve has a 3000 PSIG operating pressure.
• The original equipment manufacturer is Eaton Aerospace LLC.
• The Government does not own any data, drawings, schematics, or other releasable technical data in support of this requirement.
• The contract will be awarded using Other Than Full and Open Competition as prescribed by FAR 6.302-1.
