Description
The Columbia County Highway and Transportation Department is seeking a proposal for Professional Services for the 2026-2027 Bridge Inspection Cycle. The scope of work includes program management, FHWA and WisDOT certified bridge inspection services, in-field bridge inspections, underwater profiles, and completion of necessary paperwork. The program manager must be a registered Wisconsin licensed professional engineer or have ten years of bridge inspection experience. The ideal candidate will have completed the necessary training and have experience with bridge inspections.

• Bridge inspection services
• In-field bridge inspections for 69 bridges in 2026 and 20 in 2027
• Underwater profiles for 52 identified bridges
• Completion of necessary paperwork and inventory updates
