This solicitation seeks a contractor to design and construct a 1‑million‑gallon composite elevated water storage tank with an integrated booster pumping station, plus associated site work, foundations, and piping. The scope includes roughly 835 LF of new 16‑inch waterline, two jack‑and‑bore installations (≈300 LF), and connections to future MAMaC system via additional 12‑inch waterline segments.
