6100019496 Tote Bags

The City of San Antonio’s Parks and Recreation Department needs a supplier to provide and deliver tote bags that will be used to package and distribute more than 10,000 trees across over 50 tree‑giveaway events each year. The bags must safely hold small trees for residents to take home, supporting the city’s tree‑canopy expansion goals. This is a one‑year, competitively‑bid contract with an anticipated volume in the low‑to‑mid‑five‑figure range of bags. Vendors must be registered in the SAePS portal to view full specifications and submit a bid by the March 16 deadline. • Product category 53050 – Duffle and Tote Bags; bags must be suitable for transporting small trees. • Estimated annual quantity > 10,000 units, implying a modest‑to‑moderate order size. • Bid submission required through the SAePS portal; registration is mandatory before the deadline. • No pre‑bid conference or site visit; all questions must be submitted in writing via the portal or to the procurement specialist.
