Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier to provide Uline long needle price tag guns with accessories for the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences. The required items include Uline #H4338 long needle guns, Uline #S3552R color red Tyvek tags, Uline #S7106 price tag fasteners, and Uline #H4338N long replacement needles. The supplier must provide the estimated time of arrival within their bid response. The State of Alabama reserves the right to conduct analysis based on cost realism and/or price reasonableness for any or all bids.
• The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
• The State of Alabama is exempt from paying sales tax.
• The supplier must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation.
• The supplier must furnish each item or service offered at the price quoted.
• The State of Alabama reserves the right to request written proof of supplier qualifications.
