Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a professional services contractor to provide design and construction administration services for the Green Oaks Training Center Facility Equipment Storage Building in Whitmore Lake, Michigan. The project includes multiple phases, including schematic design, preliminary design, final design, and construction administration. The contractor will be responsible for providing a complete design based on the approved project/program statement and will be required to assume responsibility for all professional services offered in their proposal. The contractor must have demonstrated experience in the successful planning and execution of similar projects in full accordance with all applicable Local, State, and Federal regulations.
• The project requires the contractor to provide design and construction administration services for the facility equipment storage building.
• The contractor must have experience with similar projects and must be licensed to practice in the State of Michigan.
• The contractor will be required to provide a complete design based on the approved project/program statement.
