The City of Homestead Public Works Department is seeking a qualified contractor to provide materials, equipment, and labor for drainage improvements on SW 157 Avenue north of SW 312 Street, Homestead. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and permits necessary to complete the work, including demolition and installation of a new drainage system, mobilization and demobilization, and restoration of all areas impacted within the work zone. The contractor must also comply with all applicable federal, state, and local standards and regulations. • The contractor shall provide a quote for the total cost of the work, including all materials, labor, equipment, and permits. • The contractor shall be responsible for obtaining and paying for all necessary permits and inspections. • The contractor shall be required to provide insurance certificates indicating satisfactory insurance coverage. • The contractor shall be required to warranty all work performed and guarantee all items and equipment supplied. • The contractor shall be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including those related to labor, employment, and environmental protection.
