Description
The Natural Resources Department is seeking bids for janitorial services for the French River Fisheries Office in Duluth, Minnesota. The contract will be for a two-year period, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2028. The services will include cleaning and disinfecting all surface areas, bathrooms, and appliances, as well as vacuuming and mopping floors, dusting all surface areas, washing windows, and emptying wastebaskets and recycling bins.
• The office space is approximately 3,580 square feet, with 2,750 square feet of carpeted area.
• Bidders must submit their responses electronically through the Swift Portal.
• The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions.
• The State reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the State.
