No NYSERDA funding is associated with this RFQL whose sole purpose is to qualify Component Manufacturers for the next round of RetrofitNY pilot projects. Budget estimate

$100,000 – $1,000,000

The budget for this opportunity is not explicitly stated, but based on the context, it appears that NYSERDA will provide gap-funding for the retrofit solutions through a forthcoming solicitation. The amount of funding will likely depend on the specific components and solutions provided by the qualified component manufacturers. A rough estimate for the budget could be in the range of $100,000 to $1,000,000, considering the scope of the retrofit solutions and the number of pilot projects. However, this is highly speculative and should be taken as a rough order of magnitude.
