2031 Regional Water Plan for the Region H Water Planning Group

The San Jacinto River Authority (SJRA) is requesting qualifications-based responses for Regional Water Planning Services for the Region H Water Planning Group. The selected firm will be responsible for developing the 2031 Regional Water Plan. The plan will require approval from the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) and funding from the TWDB for approved tasks. Key aspects of the project include: • Developing a regional water plan • Coordinating with the Region H Water Planning Group • Obtaining approval from the TWDB • Securing funding from the TWDB for approved tasks The response should include a Statement of Qualifications, Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, and Certification and Acknowledgement Form. A non-mandatory pre-submittal conference will be held on April 21, 2026.
