Description
The City of Mobile is seeking a contractor to perform nuisance abatement and demolition of structures at 507 Booker Street, Mobile, Alabama 36604. The scope of work includes providing a wet demolition, removing all structures, disconnecting and capping off utility lines, clearing lots, and providing sediment and erosion control measures. The contractor must also provide before and after demolition pictures, waste shipment records, and required close-out documents. The project must be completed within 30 calendar days from the date of the written Notice to Proceed.
