Description
The Holt Public Schools Board of Education is inviting sealed bids for the removal of asbestos and potentially hazardous materials from Sycamore Elementary. The project requires the bidder to meet or exceed all specification requirements. A non-mandatory walk-through will be held at the school, and bids will be publicly opened and read on December 10, 2025. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid security, and the bidder must include the cost of furnishing a Co-Obligee 100% Labor and Material Payment Bond and a Co-Obligee 100% Performance Bond.
• The bidder must provide a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship with the owner and any employee of the bidder and any member of the Holt Board of Education.
• The bidder must provide a sworn and notarized Affidavit of Compliance - Iran Economic Sanctions Act.
• The bidder must submit two signed copies of the bid package.
• The bid prices are to be F.O.B. Destination, and purchases may be exempt from all taxes.
