Budget estimate

$200,000 – $500,000

The budget for this opportunity can be estimated based on the scope of work and the materials involved. The removal and disposal of asbestos-containing materials and lead-based paint can be a costly process. Considering the amount of materials to be removed (approximately 175 linear feet of asbestos pipe insulation, 12 square feet of asbestos flue insulation, 1,440 square feet of asbestos floor tile and mastic, and 1,000 square feet of cementitious panels, as well as 2,800 square feet of exterior surfaces and 4,800 square feet of interior surfaces with lead-based paint), the cost of labor, equipment, and disposal facilities, the budget could be in the range of $200,000 to $500,000. This estimate may vary depending on the location, the contractor's experience, and the complexity of the project.
