Description
The United States Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center (IBC), is seeking information on vendors capable of providing Artificial Intelligence (AI) chatbot services to enhance the recruitment efforts of the Peace Corps. The AI chatbot should be able to integrate with the Peace Corps website and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, provide accurate and knowledge-grounded information to prospective volunteers, and ensure a seamless transition to live agent support when needed. The chatbot should also comply with relevant laws and regulations, including the Federal Data Strategy and applicable privacy laws.
• The chatbot should have advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) capabilities to understand and respond to user inquiries.
• The chatbot should include continuous learning mechanisms to improve responses over time.
• The chatbot should ensure fair and non-discriminatory operation, and abide by the requirements of all applicable federal statutes and regulations.
• The chatbot should implement safety protocols to detect and respond to emergencies.
• The chatbot should maintain transparency in all AI operations, clearly informing users when they are interacting with an AI system.
