Description
The Iowa Department of Public Defense (Military Division) is seeking a qualified construction contractor to renovate an existing 3,530 SF masonry‑and‑wood‑frame building and construct a new 737 SF addition at Camp Dodge, Johnston, IA. The scope includes selective demolition, interior finishes, new roof, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, geothermal systems, and site work such as a new concrete sidewalk and utility connections. Bids must be submitted electronically via the State IMPACS system by the deadline.

• Total building area: ~4,267 SF (existing + addition)
• Core work: demolition, masonry repair, new entry vestibule, janitor closet, latrines, interior finishes (gypsum board, acoustic ceiling, tile, carpet), new roofing, windows/doors, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, geothermal wellfield, concrete foundations, sidewalk, utility hookups
