Description
Camden County is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide full‑service professional engineering and design support for the restoration and reclamation of an urban shoreline along the Delaware River in North Camden. The scope includes project administration, stakeholder coordination, extensive community engagement, conceptual through 100 % construction‑document design, permitting, and a long‑term operations & maintenance plan, all funded by federal and state grant programs.
• Deliver a comprehensive design package (conceptual, 60 % and 100 % design) that meets NJDEP, USACE, EPA, ADA, and local standards.
• Conduct quarterly community meetings and at least four interactive workshops annually, and manage a stakeholder committee throughout the project.
• Provide grant‑reporting, permit coordination, and a post‑construction O&M plan, with a contract anticipated to run from March 2026 through Q4 2027.
