The contractor must handle up to 25,000 cubic yards annually, provide its own trucks and loading equipment, maintain detailed haul logs, and possess a valid NJ DEP operating permit for a leaf‑disposal facility within 15 miles of the township’s public works garage. Bids are evaluated on a unit price per cubic yard (disposal + transportation) and awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
