Sale of Scrap Brass, Meters and Copper

The City of Irving Water Utilities Facility is seeking a qualified vendor to collect and dispose of scrap metal—including brass water meters, copper, and other metal waste—on an “as‑called” basis. The contract will cover approximately 10‑20 pickup trips per year, with material placed in one large roll‑off dumpster (≈22 ft L × 7.5 ft W × 6 ft H) and two smaller 4 ft × 4 ft dumpsters for clean copper.
