Eagan Pool Deck and Locker Room Flooring

The City of Florissant is seeking qualified contractors to rehabilitate and resurface the existing pool deck and Men's locker room at the James J. Eagan Center. The project consists of surface preparation, repair of damaged areas, installation of a slip-resistant quartz flooring system, and installation of a cove base system to improve safety, durability, and cleanability. The work is to be completed between July 20, 2026, and September 4, 2026. Key requirements include: • Submission of a complete proposal, including a cost proposal and certifications • Provision of a timeline for completing the project, including proposed phases and milestones • Detailing of qualifications and experience of the individuals proposed to work on the project • Submission of a list of situations that could cause project delays and plans for regaining lost time • Provision of a warranty for both the product and labor portions of the project • Confirmation of cost of work and agreement to execute a contract if the bid is accepted
