Description
The Los Angeles Regional Interoperable Communications System (LA-RICS) Authority is seeking bids from qualified bidders to provide professional Managed Information Technology (IT) Services. The services will support the Authority's technology infrastructure, end users, and cloud environment. The Authority currently operates with approximately thirty (30) users and utilizes Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
• The contract will involve providing IT services to support the Authority's operations
• The Authority is looking for a bidder who can provide professional and reliable IT services
• The contract will require the bidder to have experience in managing IT infrastructure and cloud environment
• The bidder will need to have knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and be able to support the Authority's end users
