Rochester SST Paint and Repairs

The USDA is seeking a contractor to provide interior painting services and install solar exhaust fans in concrete SST public restroom facilities at various recreation sites in the Green Mountain National Forest in Vermont. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, and incidentals necessary to perform the specified services. The period of performance will be from the date of award through October 1, 2026. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) program. • The contractor must provide pricing for all items listed in the schedule of supplies/services. • The contractor must submit a technical proposal, price quote, and representations and certifications with their quotation. • The Government intends to make one award from this solicitation. • The award will be made to the offeror with the highest technically rated quotation with fair and reasonable pricing and acceptable or neutral past performance.
