Avenue B Reconstruction Phase 2; PW26-13

The City of Council Bluffs Public Works Engineering Division is requesting bids for the Avenue B Reconstruction Phase 2 project. The project includes pavement reconstruction, storm sewer and sanitary sewer improvements, and other related work. The project is expected to be completed by July 9, 2027. The city will accept electronic bid submittals until the deadline. • The project includes approximately 2,915.50 square yards of pavement, 3,261.70 square yards of subbase, and 687.10 square yards of sidewalk. • The project also includes storm sewer and sanitary sewer improvements, including the installation of new pipes and the removal of existing ones. • The city will provide a bid bond template for bidders to use. • Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the IonWave system. • The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
