26-023 Bayview Park Tennis Court Resurfacing and Pickleball Line Installation

The City of Pensacola is seeking bids for the resurfacing of six existing outdoor tennis courts and the installation of new court striping, including pickleball lines on three of the courts. The work should restore safe playability, improve surface performance, and provide accurate, regulation-compliant court markings. The project is located at Bayview Park, 2001 E. Lloyd Street, Pensacola, FL 32503. The contractor will be responsible for all necessary labor, materials, equipment, machinery, tools, apparatus, and means of transportation related to the work. • The contractor must possess all necessary licenses, registration, and certificates to engage in the business of contracting in the City of Pensacola. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations. • The contractor must provide a certified check, cashier's check, or insurance company's executed bond made payable to the City of Pensacola in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid for a period of sixty (60) days. • The contractor must maintain insurance coverage, including workers' compensation, commercial general liability, and umbrella liability insurance, with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence. • The contractor must indemnify and hold harmless the City of Pensacola, its officers, and employees from any and all liabilities, damages, losses, and costs.
