Description
The DLA Weapons Support, Pearl Harbor is seeking responses from qualified sources capable of providing a TIE ROD, P/N 7225873, made of NICKEL ALLOY, UNS N07718, ASTM B637. The item must be manufactured in accordance with the provided drawing and notes. The evaluation criteria for this solicitation is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
• The solicitation is for a commercial item and will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
• The Small Business Standard for this requirement is 1000 employees.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award.
• The contractor must provide a completed copy of 52.212-3 and its ALT I if not updated in SAM.
• The Government's terms for payment for this requirement are Net 30 Days AFTER acceptance of material.
