The Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) is seeking a qualified small‑business vendor to manufacture and deliver new concrete cross ties with rail fastenings for replacement of damaged ties on designated light‑rail ballasted track. This is a one‑time, firm‑fixed‑price procurement limited to certified small businesses, with delivery and handling requirements outlined in the SOW (Appendix #8). Bids must be submitted electronically via eMMA by 2:00 PM on 11/17/2026; questions are due by 3:00 PM on 11/03/2026. No pre‑bid conference or site visit is required. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• Scope: Manufacture and delivery of concrete ties and associated rail material for light‑rail track replacement.
• Contract type: Firm Fixed Price, One‑Time Purchase.
