The Maryland Aviation Administration (MAA) is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to procure sign‑making material supplies for BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport. The contract is a Small Business Reserve (SBR) procurement, limited to certified small businesses, with a maximum cumulative value of $200,000 over a period of up to five years or until funds are exhausted.
