Budget estimate

$1,500,000 – $2,500,000

Based on typical market rates for 136 RE rail (approximately $100–$150 per linear foot) the material cost alone ranges from $1.5 million to $2.25 million. Adding logistics, handling, warranty support, and a modest contractor margin (5–10 %) yields an overall contract value roughly between $1.6 million and $2.5 million. Therefore, the expected budget to the winning supplier is estimated in the low‑to‑mid‑single‑million dollar range. Factors influencing the final amount include negotiated unit price, freight terms, and any additional services (e.g., expedited delivery or extended warranty) the bidder may offer.
