The Marine Corps is conducting market research to identify industry capability to supply an Enhanced Combat Rubber Reconnaissance Craft (E‑CRRC). The craft must be inflatable, carry eight fully‑equipped personnel (≈2,400 lb payload), operate in Sea State 2, be powered by a 55‑hp multi‑fuel engine with a 36‑gal fuel capacity, and meet Buy‑American requirements. Respondents must provide technical specifications, performance data, pricing, production rates, and small‑business status. No formal solicitation exists; this RFI is purely informational and does not obligate the government to pay for responses.
