Design: Renovation of Madisonville Pool

The City of Cincinnati is seeking a full‑service design team to produce complete construction‑document sets for the renovation of the Madisonville Community Pool. The awardee will deliver schematic, design‑development, and construction‑document packages, manage permitting, provide construction‑observation services, and supply an as‑built Revit model at project closeout. The scope includes two design options, ADA‑compliant pool features, new office/restroom/mechanical buildings, deck and entry gate improvements, lighting, community‑engagement presentations, and post‑construction warranty support. • Produce full architectural and engineering design (civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing) for a renovated 6‑lane pool with diving boards, zero‑depth splash area, and ADA entry. • Deliver phased design packages (schematic, design‑development, 50 % and 90 % construction documents) with cost estimates, permit applications, and construction‑observation services. • Meet MBE (3 %) and WBE (6 %) subcontracting goals, adhere to living‑wage, insurance, and DEI requirements, and complete all work within 200 days of contract award.
