The North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality is seeking a qualified contractor to remediate the former One‑Stop gasoline station at 117 Willey Ave S, Lidgerwood, ND. The work includes preparing a remedial action workplan, excavating contaminated soils (≈ 2,700 sq ft, ≤ 17 ft deep, up to ~80 cubic yards), conducting four soil samples and associated laboratory analyses (TPH‑GRO/DRO, VOCs, PAHs, TCLP), back‑filling with clean material, and providing progress and final completion reports. All activities must comply with the state’s Brownfields Quality Assurance Project Plan and Tier‑1 risk‑based screening levels.
