The U.S. Government Publishing Office is seeking a qualified vendor to produce and deliver 30 Small RAD Racks (24 Active‑Duty, 6 Reserve) that combine aluminum framing, gauge‑wire shelving, printed title cards, and assembly instructions. The contractor must handle all printing in‑house (offset or digital), meet Quality Level III standards, apply a UV protective coating, and fabricate the metal rack components, packaging, and secure delivery to a DOD installation in Millington, TN. Two pre‑production samples must be approved within three work days before full production. The final delivery deadline is 30 June 2026.
