Demolition of 1132 & 1136 Brown Street

The City of Davenport is soliciting qualified demolition contractors to remove two hazardous, unsafe structures located at 1132 and 1136 Brown Street (Parcel IDs G‑0030‑29 and G‑0030‑30). The contract includes complete demolition, utility (water and sewer) abandonment, removal of debris, landfill fees, site grading, seeding, and all required permits and insurance.
