Description
The Mitchell Community College is seeking bids for the removal, materials, deliveries, and installation of a new roof system up to 14,556 sq. ft. at the George W. Brawley Building. The new roof system must meet all specified scope of work as outlined in the specifications and scope of work section. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for March 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The services provided must begin on May 18, 2026, and be completed by June 22, 2026.
• The vendor must provide a sample warranty that includes a 2, 5, 10, 15, and 20-year preventative maintenance roof program.
• The vendor must be an approved Tremco Roof applicator.
• The vendor must provide weekly email reports of progress to Chad Lackey, Director of Facilities.
• The perimeter of the area associated with the project is expected to be clean after the project has been completed.
