Description
The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor to provide operational and strategic planning advisory support to the Area Support Group‑Jordan (ASG‑J) Operations Directorate (S‑3). The effort includes developing and updating physical security and force protection plans, creating contingency and crisis action plans, supporting exercises and training, and representing the S‑3 in inter‑agency coordination. The work requires a Secret clearance, the ability to travel within the CENTCOM AOR, and compliance with DFARS and Defense Base Act requirements.
• Physical security & force protection planning (≈30% effort)
• Deliberate and crisis action/contingency planning (≈30% effort)
• Exercise and training support using MDMP‑JOPP processes (≈20% effort)
• Inter‑agency representation and staff coordination (≈20% effort)
• Mandatory Secret clearance, deployability, and compliance with overseas clauses.
