Description
The United States Navy is seeking a contractor to provide support services for the Maritime Operations Center (MOC). The contractor will be responsible for providing technical services to support force development, addressing warfighting capability and systems wholeness gaps, and coordinating and tracking OLW/MOC stakeholder efforts. The contract will be for a period of 4 months, with a possible extension. The contractor will be required to have a Top Secret facilities clearance level.
Key responsibilities include:
• Overall management of FMSC Requirements Working Group activities
• Production of the OLW/MOC Integrated Prioritized Capabilities List
• Development of gap solutions in coordination with MOC stakeholders
The Navy intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract as a result of this solicitation.
