The Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) is seeking qualified contractors to provide Direct‑Action high‑risk training instructors and support services for the Marine Raider Training Center (MRTC). The award will be a single‑award IDIQ with a base‑year of 12 months and up to five optional extensions (including a final six‑month extension), supporting both full‑time and episodic instructor staffing, travel, and material support. The solicitation is a total small‑business set‑aside (including HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB preferences) and requires compliance with CMMC Level 2 or higher.
