Description
The USTDA is issuing a multiple‑award IDIQ contract to establish a pool of contractors capable of planning, organizing, and executing reverse trade missions, conferences, workshops, trainings, and other events for USTDA programs. The contractor must provide end‑to‑end event management services—including venue selection, logistics, travel and visa assistance, speaker coordination, AV support, virtual/hybrid platform management, and post‑event reporting—and must staff nine core labor categories with fully‑burdened hourly rates. Up to 15 awardees will be selected (minimum five small‑business firms), each receiving at least one task order; task orders may be up to $3 M each, with an annual ceiling of $5 M per contractor, and the overall IDIQ ceiling is $100 M. The base period is 60 months with one‑year options (up to 66 months total).
