Description
The U.S. Embassy Jakarta is seeking qualified hotel operators to provide lodging, meeting and function room rentals, and related hospitality services under a multiple‑award IDIQ contract. The award will cover single‑occupancy rooms of various categories (standard, deluxe, entry‑level suite, one‑bedroom suite) and a range of function‑room sessions with standard audio‑visual equipment, as well as ancillary services such as buffet lunches and boxed meals, all billed on a firm‑fixed‑price basis in Indonesian Rupiah. Contractors must own or directly operate a full‑service hotel in central Jakarta and meet extensive facility requirements (fitness center, spa, restaurant, 24‑hour front desk, concierge, etc.). The contract includes a base year with two optional one‑year extensions, a minimum annual guaranteed order value of IDR 35 million, and a total contract ceiling of IDR 5.25 billion. Evaluation will be based on price and technical compliance, with the lowest‑priced technically acceptable offers receiving awards.
• Provide specified quantities of standard, deluxe, and suite rooms (250, 100, 20, 10 room‑nights per year respectively).
• Offer half‑day and full‑day function‑room sessions with AV package, coffee service, and ancillary support.
• Supply ancillary food services (buffet lunch, boxed meals, extra coffee rounds) on a task‑order basis.
• Must maintain active SAM registration, NCAGE code, and comply with numerous FAR/DOSAR clauses, including VAT billing and insurance requirements.
