Parallel Collector to SH47 Phase 1, 2, & 3

The City of Bryan is seeking qualifications for professional engineering services for the Parallel Collector to SH47 Phase 1, 2, & 3 project. The project involves the design and construction of a parallel collector roadway, including conceptual design, land acquisition, and construction phase services. The selected firm will be required to evaluate two roadway cross-section concepts and provide an Engineer's Opinion of Probable Construction Cost (EOPCC) for the proposed improvements. The City requires that total design fees not exceed 7.5% of the EOPCC. The project is expected to begin in Spring 2026 and will be completed over three phases, with the final phase scheduled for completion in 2030.
