Stubbs Hall Window Replacement

The project involves replacing 56 windows at Stubbs Hall, South Georgia State College. The scope of work includes converting current windows to storefront, installing black frames, and spandrel glass. The project requires field verification and approval by the owner. The contractor must ensure that all exterior work is finished watertight and all interior finishes are uniform with existing walls. • The project requires the replacement of 30 windows with dimensions 48”x136”, 25 windows with dimensions 48”x109”, and 1 window with dimensions 144”x136”. • The contractor must provide a 5% bid bond and performance and payment bonds. • The project requires smooth CMU finish and painting for 5 windows. • The contractor must ensure that all interior finishes are dusted and cleaned.
