The City of Fort Pierce seeks a qualified contractor to provide full‑service holiday tree installation, decoration, ongoing maintenance, dismantling, and off‑site storage for two 35‑foot commercial‑grade artificial Christmas trees at designated municipal locations. The contractor must supply all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, engineering support, and safety measures in accordance with the solicitation specifications and schedule. A non‑mandatory pre‑proposal conference will be held on October 12, 2026 to clarify requirements and answer questions.
• Provide complete turn‑key service for two 35‑ft artificial trees (install, decorate, maintain, remove, store).
• Supply all materials, lighting, ornaments, structural support, and labor for safe installation and operation.
