Description
The Iowa Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is seeking professional design services for the parking lot replacement of the Hoover West parking lot (Lot 2) and Jessie Parker parking lot (Lot 11) on the Capitol Complex in Des Moines, IA. The selected firm will provide design services, including complete design and construction administration for the replacement of the parking lots. The scope of work includes removal of existing pavement, signage, light poles, and associated construction, as well as storm water management, subgrade preparation, pavement replacement, signage replacement, sidewalk replacement, and erosion control measures. The firm will also provide construction cost opinions, bid alternates, and assistance with obtaining bids from qualified contractors.
