Description
The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) is seeking a contractor to demo and dispose of existing vinyl composite tile (VCT) and install new premium wood luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring and 4” gray vinyl cove base in the Broadview building at the Columbus Developmental Center. The project requires a site visit, and the contractor must provide an on-site dumpster for disposal of materials removed. The contractor will be responsible for prepping floors for the installation of new flooring and installing 4” gray vinyl cove base to match existing trim where needed. The project must be completed during the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 3:30 P.M., Monday through Friday, unless prior arrangements are made with the Developmental Center’s project contact person.
• The project involves approximately 36,000 sq. feet of flooring
• The contractor must use trained and qualified personnel directly employed and supervised by them
• The contractor must maintain all necessary licenses, certifications, and registrations throughout the term of the awarded contract
• The contractor must comply with all applicable provisions of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
