Module 5, Phase E Liner System Project - Extended

The County of Butte is seeking bids for the construction of the Module 5, Phase E Liner System Project. The project involves preparing the subgrade for construction of the landfill liner, placement of general fill, furnishing and installing landfill liner components and related items, furnishing and installing landfill gas collection piping and related items, electric leak location services, and traffic control. The work must be done in conformance with the Standard Specifications and Special Provisions. The contractor will be required to furnish all tools, equipment, materials, supplies, incidentals, and manufactured articles for the project. • The project is located at the Neal Road Recycling and Waste Facility. • The contractor must possess a Class A license or a combination of classes required by the categories and types of work included in this contract. • The contractor must comply with the provisions of Section 1777.5 of the Labor Code concerning employment of apprentices. • The contractor must maintain insurance against claims for injuries to persons or damages to property that may arise from, or be in connection with, the performance of the work. • The contractor must comply with the prevailing wage rates as specified in the Notice to Contractors.
