26-042 Municipal Court ADA Entrance and Parking Lot

St. Charles County is seeking bids for the removal of existing concrete stairs and entrance and replacement with a new ADA-compliant entrance at the Municipal Court, including associated parking lot and curb improvements. The project includes the installation of a new ADA-compliant entrance, parking lot, and curb improvements. The contractor will be responsible for locating utilities, installing and maintaining traffic and safety barricades, and coordinating with the owner on washout areas prior to construction start. The project must be completed within 9 months from the date of execution.
