Procurement of 18 New 2 kVA 3-Phase Encapsulated Transformers for USCG Training Center Yorktown EM 'A' School.

The United States Coast Guard Training Center Yorktown is seeking to purchase eighteen (18) new 2 kVA 3-phase encapsulated transformers to support technical and instructional training. The transformers must meet specific technical specifications, including primary voltage, secondary voltage, taps, conductor, frequency, and enclosure. The contractor must deliver the transformers within 60 days after receipt of order/award of contract, FOB Destination to TRACEN Yorktown. The government will evaluate offers based on technical capability, delivery schedule, and price. The anticipated award date is 10 days after solicitation closing date. • The transformers must be brand new, dry-type, and meet the specified technical requirements. • The contractor must provide a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation and any solicitation amendments. • The government reserves the right to conduct discussions with offerors if necessary. • The contractor must submit invoices electronically using the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
