Description
The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking a contractor to provide Accruent Meridian Enterprise Software licensing, maintenance, technical support, and optional professional services for the eDRAWS Investment System. The contractor will be responsible for providing ongoing support for the system, including software updates, patches, and upgrades. The contract will be for a period of five years, with the option to extend for additional years. The contractor must be an authorized Accruent Solution Partner with the ability to provide all required licensing, maintenance, technical support, and associated services for the Accruent solution. Key services include:
• Software licensing and maintenance
• Technical support
• Optional professional services
• Configuration and upgrade projects
• System integration and support
The contractor will work with the Government to define an exportable format for compatibility and acceptability to a new platform. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies, including those related to security, privacy, and accessibility.
