Description
The US Government Publishing Office is requesting quotations for the production of 30,000 cards, with 15,000 in English and 15,000 in Spanish. The cards will contain information on how to file a complaint and will be printed on white, printable plastic film. The contractor will be responsible for printing, binding, and packing the cards, as well as delivering them to the specified location. The schedule includes furnishing material by 01/28/2026 and delivering the complete product by 02/13/2026.
• The cards must be printed in 4-color process with type/rule matter, illustrations, screen tints, and solids.
• The contractor must provide a press quality PDF soft proof for content only.
• The contractor must follow the attached packing and pallet instructions.
• The contractor must notify the ordering agency on the same day that the product ships/delivers via email.
