The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to gather market insight and vendor capabilities for a statewide credit‑card services program that will support agency airline, lodging, corporate, purchasing cards and COSTARS members. The RFI seeks feedback on product options, qualifications, implementation approaches, SAP integration, transition plans, rollout schedules, cost structures, rebate models, performance metrics, and value‑added services.
