Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting bids for the renovation of Restroom 1343 in Building 28. The project includes the replacement of wall and floor tiles, plumbing fixtures, and lighting fixtures. The restroom will be brought into full ADA compliance. The contractor will be responsible for providing manufacturer's descriptive literature, data sheets, and/or shop drawings for the materials and products used in the project. The government estimates the construction magnitude to be below $150,000.
